It probably isn’t. The afterword of Volume 15 said it was the beginning of the New Kingdom arc and that this arc would last 5 volumes. Volume 19 should be the last volume (possibly 20, depending on how you interpret that afterword).

I’m starting to like the new illustrator so I hope that in the future work of the author the two will still work together, I feel like that could become a compensation for the late change of illustrator.
