I blame Lelia for all of this. she worse than Marie in terms of fuck up things. at least marie just take the title of saint without bothering Olivia or make her feel miserable. but Leliaa keep deciding things for Noelle without consider what Noelle herself wants. she ruin everything the moment she decide to take the best romance candidate Emile

To be fair, there’s no indication that Noelle would have settled for safe-tile-kun (nor that it would have made Loic anything other than an even creepier stalker). He’s only “best” because he is easiest to get, but Noelle isn’t inclined to prioritize “easy” in her desired qualities or she wouldn’t be so put off by Loic.
Leaving the safe tile as an option is something Lelia ‘should’ have done…not something that would actually have made a difference in events as they unfolded. In fact, the only reason she’s able to be useful now is because she secured Emile for herself.

Honestly, it was Lelia’s fault in the first place that Loic even turned to be that much of a stalker. He was already fucked up enough, but she was the one who kept pushing Loic to Noelle.

Spare me. People don’t suddenly turn into raging psychopaths at that age. Psychopathy of the level that Loic has manifested are that way from very early childhood (there is pretty good evidence that it’s genetic).
There is no way in hell Lelia could possibly be responsible for Loic being a psychopath. All she did was suggest he take an interest in Noelle after Noelle (not knowing any better at the time) said she had no objections to him.
How Loic has behaved since is entirely his own character and nothing whatsoever to do with Lelia.

Emile seems like a nice guy who is used by lelia like a driver. I feel bad for him.

It doesn’t matter what’s at stake if Noelle doesn’t love him.
From Lelia’s perspective, Noelle is annoying fickle and uninterested in the capture targets. All of them. And while it hasn’t been explicated, she probably wasn’t interested in a relationship with Emile either. It may just possibly be the case that Lelia is basing her entire perspective over Noelle being opposed to Serge and Loic, and uninterested in taking a class with Narcisse. But I think it’s likely that she also turned down a shot at Emile and Hugues. I have a feeling that Emile is bland as it gets, while Hugues is too much of a playboy.
Remember, Lelia doesn’t have a realistic option of escaping the sacred tree when it rampages other than having Noelle choose a Guardian. She’s not inclined to trust Leon and Marie because they can run away if Alzer gets destroyed and for all she knows that could be their plan, intentionally sabotage the chance of Alzer avoiding destruction because they’re from another country that isn’t exactly an ally.
She’s starting to realize that’s not the case, because if Leon and Marie really wanted to wreck Alzer they have all the cards necessary to do so. But she still doesn’t trust them enough to warn them what Serge is doing.
